I play maybe one or two games per week, with one being a fully competitive otb league game (90 min time control), the other would be an online game on chess.com (30 min). As for study I do tactics whenever i get downtime, so maybe 20-30 mins per day, plus I'll study from a book maybe 2 or 3 x 30 min sessions per week.

4/15/2018 · The propensity of amateur players to default to the French Exchange variation basically killed my love of (what actually is) a great opening. Sadly I would estimate easily 50% of my games in the French were exchange variations.
